Your room is secure with it's own lockable door and only you have access to it.
The cleaner that comes to the property will attend to the shared areas to maintain standards within the property and keep an eye on maintenance issues and report them to our office so that they can be dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
This room is available furnished - as shown in the pictures, and we do have additional furniture available if you need anything else (within reason). Alternatively if you have your own furniture we can remove what is not required... not a problem.
There is a shared kitchen and and bathroom within the accommodation.
The Kitchen is pretty much as seen in the pictures and contains all you need to just move in - except your food of course.
There is a washing machine and a large built-in fridge freezer as well as a built-in hob, oven and extractor.
The Bathroom is comprised of a wash basin, wc and bath with electric shower over. It is everyone's responsibility to keep this clean and our cleaner will keep an eye on it to maintain standards.
The whole property has been freshly painted and decorated and is ready to move into immediately.
Generally our tenants stay several years and it's not very often these rooms come available as Lower Darwen is a very popular location due to it's prime location and close proximity to local shops, motorway connections, neighbouring towns and thriving employment areas.
We also have other bedsits in other areas... eg Mill Hill, Darwen, Blackburn, Accrington and Oswaldtwistle, so if you miss this one or prefer another area contact our office to discuss your requirements, our staff will be more than happy to assist.

The amount of money you will need before you can move in is:
On Application, you will pay a holding deposit of a weeks rent £80 to secure the property, if the tenant fails the reference checks or pulls out from the application this holding deposit is non refundable, or if accepted on move in this will be deducted from your first months rent.
Then at Point of Moving In -
First months rent up front £346.66 minus the holding deposit paid on application
