A you have your own bathroom in your studio, the only area you will share with other tenants is the Kitchen. It's a large property with ample parking outside.

There is a nice modern bathroom with shower-over bath, sink and WC.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (except food) to move straight in. There's an oven, gas hob, extractor, washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pans, and waste bin etc...
