Vacancy for : Sales Negotiator
Hours : 40 Hours/week, working 5 in 7 days
Rate of Pay : Based on experience
Due to our vision for growth and expansion plans we are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator for our Darwen Office and for the right individual there is an opportunity to progress within our company.
Working across Sales & Lettings in this busy Agency.
Registering purchaser / tenant details and matching them to available properties.
Booking property valuations.
Carrying out accompanied viewings with purchasers / tenants
Negotiating property Sales/ Lets, liaising between vendors / purchasers/ landlords & tenant
Working closely with other Negotiators, sharing information to secure additional business.
Recommending the company’s other products, such as insurance and financial services.
Liaising with Solicitors, Mortgage Lenders and Surveyors as part of the Sales Progression process.
Contribute to the team’s vision for targeting new business
Keeping a close eye on the local market, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities.
Being part of an enthusiastic and driven team, working towards common goals.
Previous experience in Estate Agency as a Negotiator
Able to work to targets
Highly effective communication skills
The ability to work well within a team as well as being self motivated
Determination to achieve personal and team targets
Indepth knowledge of the industry
Professional and enthusiastic
Full UK driving license and use of your own vehicle
NAEA and or ARLA Qualified an advantage (or be willing to achieve qualification)
Salary - a Great Package Deal
(Uncapped generous commission package)
40 Hours/week, working 5 in 7 days
We open 7 Days a week and until 7pm Tues-Thurs.
This position requires you to work until 7pm at least one evening per week and weekends (Saturday or Sunday) on a rota basis.
