Needed a house to rent at very short notice - ALE sorted me out the same day. From my first encounter with them, I have been impressed with their professionalism and speed. I would have been able to move in 3 working days after my initial contact (although I chose to wait until the weekend instead).
On my day of moving in, I noticed the boiler was faulty - the maintenance department answered immediately, and an engineer was arranged at no cost to me. Absolutely faultless.
I have to say, it makes a refreshing change to come across an agent that understands me and my needs as an investor!
I have used several letting agents over the years in various parts of the country, but finding one that understands how the mindset of an investor works in the property business is like trying to find a needle in a haystack! I believe I have found that needle!!!

Ainsworth Lord is definitely the 'go-to' agent for Darwen and surrounding areas. We have received a first-class service both with the purchase and selling of properties along with an excellent management service of investments we hold in that area. If you want an honest reliable agent then choose Ainsworth Lord Estates I have never met such genuine people. They were the most helpful and got me over the asking price for my property. I received feedback after every viewing and once the sale started was given an update every week on how it was progressing. Very professional and highly recommended. I can't praise Deborah and her team enough for what they have done for me over the past few years.
